Refund Policy
We want you to love your order. If something is not right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and free of perfume, make-up or smoke odour.
- Original tags must still be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery and earrings cannot be returned.
How to start a return
- Email us with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- We reply within one business day with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable service and share the tracking number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including shipping.
Exchanges
For a different size or colour, start a return for the original item and place a new order so your preferred piece is reserved.
