Shipping Policy

Orders are packed with care and dispatched with tracking. Processing takes 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday.

Delivery estimates

United States: 5-10 business days after dispatch
Canada: 7-12 business days
United Kingdom and Europe: 7-14 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 10-18 business days
Rest of the world: 12-20 business days

Estimates can be affected by customs clearance, weather or carrier delays.

Tracking

You receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your parcel leaves our warehouse. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and order weight. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $99 within the United States.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your local authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
